Auction creates competition and records are broken in competition.
The auction will normally take place on site at the property. Prior to auction will be a property viewing for somewhere between 1-2hours prior, this will allow interested parties a final chance to look through the property, ask the agents any last minute questions and complete registrations in order to bid.
On auction day, there will be several Harcourts agents and the auction team in attendance in order to ensure the whole process runs smoothly

Auction days conducted by Brady & Co are professional events and are not intended to be a stressful time for the seller whatsoever. Instead this is a time for the seller to sit back and watch the hard work, marketing and process which has taken place over the last 4-6weeks culminate in a competitive arena, where you will see bidders putting forward public offers for the purchase of your property.

Although preferable a Seller is not required to be present on auction day. Whether the seller is present or not both the agent and auctioneer will communicate very closely the activity and the event.
